Aus Property Guide exists for one reason: buying a first home in Australia involves a pile of numbers that nobody explains in plain English. Deposit, LVR, transfer duty, conveyancing, registration fees, LMI — most calculators show you one of them at a time.

We put them in one place, show the assumptions behind every figure, and link to the official government source whenever rules or thresholds are involved.

What we don't do

• We don't tell you that you're guaranteed a loan or a grant.
• We don't publish testimonials, reviews or partnerships we don't have.
• We don't require an account, and we don't need your bank details.
